Description

The enclosed certificate file "Niesen's Internet Service CA.crt"
is the Certificate Authority of certificate used by sites hosted 
by Niesen's Internet Services.  Installing this certificate will
avoid the warning messages that you will get when using SSL 
services these sites.  Also this allows you to verify that the
certificate sent by each individual site is authentic, which 
improofs security.

Installation Instructions
=========================
Internet Explorer:
  Douple click on the file and Intrnet Explorer will
  guide you through the certificate installation 
  process.

Netscape:
  On the menu bar select "File" and then "Open File".
  A "Open File" dialog box pops up.  Find the certificate
  file, select it, and open it by clicking on the open 
  button.  Now netscape should guide you through the
  certificate installation process.

Verifying Authenticity of Enclosed Certificate
==============================================
To ensure you are getting the authentic certificate of
Niesen's Internet Services you might want to verify
the certificate with the enclosed PGP signature.
